| Located at heart of downtown Toronto Wellesley/Yonge.Walking distance to The Ryerson university,George Brown College,ILAC and University of Toronto.This furbished large room with private bathroom is ideal for STUDENTS!( international students welcome) this is a shared house,so fridge,washer and dryer for the laundry among the few other things to share with other roommates in the house.Preference for the international students.However,everyone is welcome.What we expect from you is as a roommate be open minded,respect to the rules in this clean,quiet house environment.No smoking,no pets,no parties.We require first and last months rent.all utilities are included (hydro,c,high speed internet etc..) cooking only allowed with microwave provided in the unit (no shared kitchen) First and last month's rent required, but no yearly lease (month-to-month only) long term preferred.
