Half a block from the beach and steps to Queen St. East and the Queen streetcar. Walk one minute to the Woodbine bus and an 8 minute ride to Woodbine station. 15 minute drive to downtown. Approximately 650 sq. ft. + shared storage in the unit. Rent is $1500/month (6 weeks max) including all utilities and wireless internet (unlimited for normal uses). This renovated apartment features: Separate entrance at side of house In-suite washer and dryer Eat-in kitchen Full size stove, microwave, lots of counter space Living room with couch, desk, TV, and side tables Queen bed and dresser Bedroom separated by French doors New laminate floors and pot lights throughout 3 piece bathroom Street parking is available by permit. This apartment is all about the location. Enjoy the Blue Flag beach, boardwalk, Woodbine Park, Martin Goodman trail, hockey rink and olympic pool, tennis courts, beach volleyball, paddle board rentals and tons of green space ALL within a stone’s throw from the end of our street. Other important info: ceiling height ranges from 6’2” in the kitchen to 7’ in bedroom. There is only one small window. As we live in the main house with young children, we are looking for a quiet individual or couple visiting Toronto who need an affordable place to stay for a short period of time. It’s definitely not suitable for hosting parties. No smoking or pets due to asthmatics in our family. We are awaiting our Airbnb permit, so the minimum stay is 29 days (to make it officially NOT a short-term rental). Feel free to contact us to discuss this.
