I am looking to fill a den with a private bathroom for rent in a 1 bedroom + den 2 bath condo Unit Includes: - Den includes a single sleepwell Mattress - Private Bathroom with Bathtub (4-Piece) - Shared spaces: Living room, Kitchen, and Balcony - Apartment: Moderately furnished The building has a gym, a party room and infinity pool Nearby: - Streetcar / Buses, Closest Subway: Union and King Street (10 mins) - St Lawrence Market, Distillery District, Dog Park, (all within 10 mins walk) - Nofrills, Farmboy, Metro,Loblaws, - Dollarama, Staples, Shoppers Drug Mart, LCBO, - Tim Hortons, Starbucks - Near George Brown ( 5 mins walk) Price: $1,300 per month (Hydro will be extra) Photos of the den and bathroom are provided in both furnished and unfurnished states. Availability: March 1, 2025 - August 31, 2025 Rental Terms: - Off-lease roommate – Rent will be paid to me (the leaseholder) . There will be a written roommate agreement. This is not covered by the RTA. - First and last month’s rent required beforehand. - Flexible term, month to month OK, minimum 2 months’ notice required Relationship to the unit: landlord’s permission obtained. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS for application: - First and last month’s rent - proof of funds/Guarantor if student/New immigrant OR Proof of employment/ enrolment/ income, Past references if available. - Canadian credit score (if available) I have reference from the previous occupant that have been in the room over a year. The required documents are evidence of salary or guarantor if student, a credit score, past living references and first / last month rent. A little about me: I work in the financial district at a financial research firm and mostly work from office. Prefer spending weekends at home although occasionally venture out exploring new places and restaurants, going on walks, and I like to cook my meals for the week on the weekend.
