| -Seeking female room-mate who is employed or a student (or both), to occupy a very, very large, partially furnished (bed, couch, tables and dresser if needed, or removed if not) or unfurnished basement bedroom with its own private entrance with its own lock and key on the bedroom door and door to the backyard. -living with Father and 13 year old daughter and cute, friendly cat -E-Bike and bicycle available for the first 6 months -free of charge (you must remember to charge it and are responsible for any major damages). -no parties or loud noise after 11pm - we work and go to school full time and the house goes very quiet on all floors during normal sleeping hours -clothes washer & dryer in basement & dishwasher in large shared kitchen (we don't leave messes) -fully equipped kitchen with fridge and gas stove and every mixer and appliance needed -large backyard with many chairs -The bedroom height is 6' 3" - so it will not suit someone taller than 5' 11". -The bedroom is big enough to have space for a bed area, a couch area and a dining area (6.85 m x 4.3 m) - 317 sq ft. - Very large! -and it has a full closet and a storage area! -Shared bathroom with bathtub. Bathtub regularly sanitized. -The room will be sanitized before arrival -hydro and internet included. -bike parking available in garage -24hr TTC access to college street car, 3 minutes on foot -7 minute walk to TTC Christie station, 3 minutes to Harbord bus -Library, Korean town and FreshCo close by -*No smoking or vaping inside -*This is for one person only. -*No dogs.
