| Looking for 2 Working professionals as house mates for the two rooms. If you want furnished, I can arrange that too, all is brand new. ONLY ask : To keep the house clean and tidy at all times. 1 room is by the kitchen, a powder washroom so one can keep their toiletries there, doesn’t have a shower unit, so it would be shared with the other washroom upstairs. On the second floor, we have the 2nd room and that washroom outside the room right beside it. The 3rd room is occupied by myself. All utilities included. HYDRO and WATER bill will be split amongst the 3 of us. TTC bus stop is just a 5 min walk. Tim hortons, Starbucks, No frills, dollarama, thrift store etc are all at walking distance! |
