| Working Professional or Post Graduate preferred. 2 rooms for SINGLE occupancy only. Utilities included. Great for WFH! The house has 2 floors, 2 full baths, a large eat in kitchen, a large livingroom with 14' ceilings a front yard and a shared backyard. I am looking for one person to take over both rooms and the bathroom on the main floor. 1 Room is approx 11'x13' and the other 11'x15'. The shared spaces are furnished and there is no room for storage outside your rooms. Laundry is at the corner (you can see it from the house). The house is shared with myself, a mini dachshund and a lot of plants. I usually wake up at 5-6am and go to bed (or am in my space) at 9pm. Looking for a professional that has a similar schedule (no 3am weekly stumbles home please). I generally live a healthy lifestyle, and like to keep the shared spaces tidy. No smokers please. Sometimes I work from home, sometimes at an office and sometimes I am away for work, depends on the contract. TTC accessible- House is close to College or Bathurst streetcar or a 10 minute walk to Bathurst subway station. Open to 3+ month rental. No shorter please. PLEASE READ ALL BEFORE EMAILING. |
