Available on a daily rate during Taylor Swift concert in November 2024 - lower than downtown hotel options and short TTC or Taxi/Uber ride to Rogers Centre. Located near the Bentway, enjoy the best Toronto has to offer. Steps away from Lake Ontario, parks, the Bathurst and Queensquay streetcars, and all the amenities you need. Corner unit, 2 bedroom, 2 washroom condo with a great open layout. Ensuite bedroom in the Master Bedroom. Full 3-piece bathroom near the entrance. Enjoy fantastic views of Lake Ontario, the CN Tower, and BMO field. I will be traveling extensively soon so I am open to a range of alternatives for longer stays: Alternative A: Full sublet of the unit at the market rate for a minimum period (~$3,100 obo). Alternative B: You can occupy the master bedroom (you'd have your own bathroom), and we'd share the common area, while I keep the smaller bedroom as my office. Alternative B is very attractive to someone who would like the feel of having their own spacious apartment but doesn't mind having a roommate 20% of the time (I'll usually be traveling, or staying at my cottage). The condo will come partially furnished with bed frames, couches, and mattresses. Some of the items in this picture will be moved to another location but other furnishing arrangements can be discussed. Length of sublet is open to negotiation, but assume no longer than 1 year. 1 parking space, no locker. Hydro/heat/AC/water included. Internet is extra. More pictures to follow. |
