| Looking for a professional or student to share this lovely condo with me. Preference for female roommate. Available June 1st 2025 The condo is a split layout with bedrooms on opposite the side of the condo. I have my own bathroom in my bedroom, your private bathroom is located right beside your room. The room has tons of natural light as we face west :-) I work full time in health care, after work I tend to relax more these days. I have a small quiet cute friendly dog who is here often, or other times with his other human at a separate house. You will have no responsibility for the dog unless you want :) The condo is on the Penthouse floor so no noise from upstairs neighbours. The place is about a 7 mins walk to union station, 5 mins to waterfront. Grocery store and everything you need is very close. There is no parking spot included but there are always lots available posted in the mailroom. Laundry machines are located in the condo for convenience. The building amenities: 24 front door security guards, indoor pool , sauna, jacuzzi, party room, guest suites for rent ( cheaper than hotels for out of town family ) cardio room, one weight room, small library room, and billiards room. Please tell me some basic information about yourself if you inquire. We can set up a video call to meet and I can show you the place live if you are out of town.
