Looking for a female roommate (no couple, no student) to share a 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Lease for at least 1 year, the room is $1,325 + internet and hydro (additional $80/$90 per month). Main intersection Queen east and Broadview Avenue. Move in date: August 15 (flexible, it is possible to move in sooner). The room has a private en suite bathroom and closet. It comes unfurnished, possibility to buy the bed frame, mattress and desk if you are interested though. We would share the kitchen, living room and balcony. Storage locker available as well and included in the rent. No parking spot though. The building has a rooftop patio, swimming pool, party room, guest suite and great gym amenities.
