| Looking for a female roommate, to share this amazing condo with me a fellow female:) Available end of May or June 2025 Bills included The condo is a split layout with bedrooms on opposite the side of the condo. I have my own bathroom in my bedroom, your private bathroom is located right beside your room. The room has tons of natural light as we face west :-) The condo is on the Penthouse floor so no noise from upstairs neighbours. The place is about a 7 mins walk to union station, 5 mins to waterfront. Grocery stores and everything you need is very close. There is no parking spot included but there are always lots available posted in the mailroom. Laundry machines are located in the condo for convenience. The building amenities: 24 front door security guards, indoor pool , sauna, jacuzzi, party room, guest suites for rent ( cheaper than hotels for out of town family ) cardio room, one weight room, small library room, and billiards room. Please tell me some basic information about yourself if you inquire.
