The room will be located on the second floor. The room itself is quite large at approx. 170 sq feet. It has 1 closet and a 2 dual windows facing the front of the house. The unit can be unfurnished. The current tenant moving out may leave behind some of their furniture. Looking for a, preferably, long-term roommate who is quiet, clean, friendly, and a good communicator. There is a shared closet in the hallway (shared with 2 other roommates). The 4th roommate is in the basement that has their own washroom and also doubles as the laundry room. There's also access to a beautiful shared backyard (with an apple tree!). The house is shared with 3 other people. The location is by Sherbourne & Carlton, so there are multiple transit options; 15 minute walk to 2 subway lines, bikeshare, etc. We are conveniently close to multiple grocery stores, walking trails, and a quick trip to the downtown core.
