I’m interested in setting up a shared house with 2 - 3 roommates + myself with working professionals, retirees or students on a co-op work term. It would be fully furnished for an all-inclusive price including utilities and wi-fi for approximately $750-$900 monthly depending on the property. I currently live in such a shared house but need to move because the house was sold. I can provide references. If you’ve been looking for housing in Tillsonburg you know that there isn’t much available. One bedroom apartments rent for about $1100-$1300 and two bedrooms rent for $1300 - $1650/1750 per month and require a one year lease. Also if you search Kijiji or FB Marketplace, you may see a number of ads for apartments, but they are ads posted by multiple agencies (RentSeeker.ca, Zumper, etc) and when you call the apartment manager directly, you will discover that there is no such vacancy contrary to the ad. If you would be interested in joining me in such a household, please contact me. I’m not sure whether I can find something before May, but I hope to find a house over the next couple of months.
