| Hello, we are searching for an apartment/house available from January 1st, 2025 in the Tillsonburg area. What we need: - Pet friendly, we have two indoor cats (fixed) and a small dog (under 20lbs). - Yard access. - Parking for two vehicles. - Limited stairs. One person has FT employment in Tillsonburg and able bodied, the other is on ODSP with mobility issues. We have first and last + ability to pay additional months in advance as well. Coming off of home ownership, have not rented since 2016. No evictions, criminal history, etc. Willing to work out an agreement for a place that may need work as well to fix up in lieu of portion of rental agreement. Budget up to $1500/month inclusive of utilities. |
