If you're between the ages of 20 and 40, this is the perfect opportunity for students and young professionals seeking a peaceful and convenient living space. Key Features: Spacious master bedroom on the second floor with bright natural light measuring 15 feet by 15 feet, fully furnished with a desk, dresser, and chair. Relax and unwind in our inviting Hot Tub or enjoy outdoor gatherings with our BBQ and smoker on one of our two decks. Enjoy convenient off-road parking and high-speed internet for your connectivity needs. Embrace cozy evenings with our Fire Pit for a relaxing atmosphere. This is a shared accommodation, and you'll have the freedom to use any part of the home. We offer modern amenities including an onsite clothes washer/dryer and dishwasher for added convenience. Best of all, all utilities are included in the rent, making it easy for you to budget. I also employ an amazing housekeeper that comes biweekly to maintain the house and clean your room. A little about me: I work full time and occasionally travel for work. My lovable dogs are part of the household, but they will never intrude on your personal space. As much as I adore pets, I am not looking to introduce more animals into the house, so this is a single occupancy space only. Rent: $950.00 per month Lease Terms: While I do prefer a 1-year commitment, I'm open to discussing flexible lease options to suit your needs. References will be required The ideal tenant would be a non-smoker (although smoking is perfectly acceptable outside), a student (only a 15-minute walk to Confederation College), a pilot (convenient 7-minute drive to the airport), or a working professional.
