| We are two Black females (West- Africans), who are currently looking for another roommate to rent with us. It is a 3 bedroom 1 bath townhouse, it's furnished and a 15-minute walk to the university, 2 minutes to the bus stop and also 15-minute walk to Walmart, McDonald's, dollarama and others. The leasing will begin from September or august until April. It includes hydro, heat and water. Wi-fi is not included but the bill will be split evenly among the 3 of us. |
