| Hello there! My name is Claire and I have a room available in my cozy duplex home in the northwood area available May 1st. There is an option between the upstairs room or basement room, both are very spacious, it just depends on your preference (other details can be discussed when we chat!). I am a 24-year-old woman currently in school at Lakehead, my other roommate is a woman who is a recent graduate starting teaching placement, and also a friend. We both do not drink alcohol or smoke but love to be around people and socialize. The environment is loving, nourishing, cozy, feminine and free-spirited. I love to play music and sing, me and my roommate are both very creative and love to cook and craft. This home will be a co-created space between women and I want it to feel like your home as well, so you are invited to decorate the space with your items. We are looking for another kind and responsible woman to move in, if this sounds like you, please send me a message so that we can chat further! Logistics: -utilities included -The house itself is fully furnished, the rooms however are not, so you will need to bring your bedroom furniture. -There is a garden in the backyard in the summer which you are free to take part in. -There is also a large field behind the house that can be accessed through the backyard. -We are located within walking distance of the college, no frills, Janzens Pharmacy and walk-in clinic and many other necessities. -There is enough driveway parking for 3 cars comfortably all year round. -My roommate has one friendly white cat who will live with us -Our neighbours are friendly, we share a driveway with the woman next door. -There is no smoking in the house. -laundry machine and dryer in basement -dishwasher -safe family neighborhood -back deck with sunset view -pantry storage The lease is a year starting May 1st or June 1st but I can be flexible.
