| I’m looking for a 1-bedroom or bachelor apartment in Thunder Bay for August 1st. Ideally around $1,200/month, but I can go up to $1,300 if needed (including utilities if possible). I’m full-time employed at Lac des Iles Mine through Amik Catering, with stable income of $3,344/month net. I work 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, so I’m away at work half the month. I’m quiet, responsible, and reliable. I don’t smoke, I’ve never been late with rent, and I’ve never missed a payment with Koodo. I can provide multiple references from current and past landlords, and I’m happy to share my TransUnion credit report if that helps. I’m ready to pay first and last month’s rent.
