| Hello, I'm a single parent of an 8 year old boy, and I am looking for another single parent (preferably female) to rent a house with. (I am on a waitlist for housing, so looking for month to month or a year or more, depending on when offers are given). If living arrangements are ideal I may consider a longer stay. Price range $[phone removed], hopefully. I do not own a vehicle. If interested we could meet for a coffee and playdate prior. No drugs or alcohol addictions. I don't mind occasional alcohol now and again. I'm a smoker but smoke outside. We have a friendly pitbull/cross. We can discuss the finer details such as shared responsibilities, yard maintenance and such.. The cost of living is absurd and seeing if anyone is in the same boat. I haven't found accomodation's yet. |
