| All female student housing, 7 bedrooms total. Looking for someone to sublet my basement bedroom from May 1st/2024-April 30th/2025. There is a shared bathroom and kitchen, 2 other girls in the basement. Shared living room, laundry, and half bath on the main floor. 4 parking spaces in the driveway, then parking available on the road, 3 of the other girls do drive. There are 2 very friendly cats upstairs, pets aren't necessarily allowed. Bedroom does come with desk and chair, in the garage there should be a bed frame and box spring if wanted to use, or can use your own furniture. Located in Thorold, 5-10 minutes from Brock University, and The Pen Centre, and about 15-20 minutes from Niagara College. We only pay rent which has utilities included, and we pay the wifi. There is a cleaning company that does come each month as well. |
