| Lease Takeover for Premium Studio in Parkway Lofts near Brock University. Available from July 1st, 2025. Please note that this is NOT a sublet offer for summer only! I am looking for a lease takeover, meaning that you will take over my 12-month contract "two months early" - the lease renews in September, but I am moving away in June, which is why I am looking for someone who will take over my lease starting in July. I pay approximately 300 CAD less than the current value of a Premium Studio in Parkway per month, which you will take over as well (rent might be subject to a small increase of up to 7% starting in September). The rent includes a monthly cleaning fee of 50 CAD since once a month your room is cleaned by housekeeping! Utilities are not included and are paid additionally through Wyse (usually about 50-60 CAD per month). I am happy to chat about leaving you with some of my personal furniture/appliances that I bought when I moved in as well! The pictures included are the official pictures posted on the Parkway Lofts website. I'm happy to send you some pictures of my specific room upon request, however, the only thing different from the pictures is how I decorated it :) Also, feel free to check out Parkway Lofts' website to learn more about the different amenities and other services they provide for tenants (examples included in the pictures)!
