Eaton Centre~15 minutes walk. UNIT – Fully furnished apartment(500 sq. ft.) AMENITIES: A fully equipped gym, games room, party room, office and theatre, paid laundry. TENANT REQUIREMENTS – Looking for a reliable person who can keep the place clean and safe. I’m looking for someone to sublet the place for the summer term from June 15 to September (flexible).
