| I am looking for a person to share my apartment with. The apartment is 2 bedroom and one bathroom. You will share kitchen and bathroom with me. The room is big and is unfurnished ( a few items are available for sale such as mattress, clothing rack etc). Room will be available from May 1st 2025 and the rent will be 1300 ( all utilities included)+ 35 (internet) to be paid every month on the 1st. The unit is rent controlled. The apartment is managed by property management company so you will need to submit all documents to them and the contract will be signed with them. No issues for the apartment, its clean and easy for commute. The apartment is just across Dupont subway station. FEMALE, SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY!!
