| Private room with a shared kitchen and bathroom until February end with a possibility of extension. I have a spare mattress, box spring, small side table and two simple chairs if you would like to use. If you prefer to get your own, you are more than welcome. Laundry in the building. Building is 3 minutes away (driving) from Bridlewood Mall. Bus 39 on Finch is a minute away (walking) from the building. I am looking for a professional, clean and quiet person who pays rent on time which is due when the person moves in. The rent will be prorated if you move after the first of the month. The rent for the following months will be due on first of every month. I work from home full-time so prefer the roommate to be a bit on the quieter side if that person is at home. Am a vegetarian and would like to have someone who is a vegetarian as well. Building doesn’t allow in unit smoking. |
