Or, a Fleming, Seneca or Oxford college student looking to rent for 12 months. Females only. Please. No exceptions. Thank you. Shared semi private 4 piece washroom. Impeccably clean. Private, safe, quiet home. Wifi. Laundry on site. No pets, no smoking, no vaping. Please no drugs. Off road parking is available. Landlord occupied residence. Central AC, almost everything is new. 4 tvs in house. Full Time students HIGHLY preferred. (Trent u, Fleming, Seneca, Oxford college students) Please. There will be no men here. No guys. About a 4 minute walk to public transit. About 15 to 20 minutes to Trent u. About 40 to 46 minutes to Fleming c. About 20 to 25 minutes to Oxford c. Please: I have no room to store your things. If you have enough furniture to fill a home, then take it home. There is no room for anything here but your necessities. This is a furnished room: a newly, completely beautifully furnished bedroom: desk, chair, closet, armoire. You need your own pillows, bedsheets - blankets, which I can supply for you if you wish at an extra cost. Respectfully, if you are a hoarder. There is no space for that. Not here. You have a bedroom. That’s it. If you are storing things for friends- there is no space for that. You are expected to keep your bedroom, and washroom clean.
