She deserves a safe place to call home.... Lorraine is the ideal tenant: No pets, no smoking, no parties. She's quiet, tidy, and keeps to herself. Her rent is guaranteed monthly, paid directly through government support, so there's no concern of missed payments. She is looking for a one bedroom or spacious bachelor apartment up to $1,100/month, ideally inclusive of utilities. If you have a little place for her to grow some vegetables, she does love to garden and would gladly share with you.☺️ She doesn’t drive, so access to grocery stores and basic amenities by foot or public transit is important. She's seeking a calm, private setting, where she can enjoy her independence and peace.
