| Trying to keep this a reasonably quiet house where occupants are considerate to one another. My girlfriend and I sleep in the basement where we have our own bathroom. The upstairs has three bedrooms for three renters who all share the upstairs bathroom. There are two refridgerators in the kitchen. The girlfriend and I share the one while the three renters share the second fridge. We have four cats and two dogs. We clean the house regularly. We provide wifi, laundry, central air conditioning and even a swimming pool. We're cool with having a couple of drinks or smoking a joint. Not cool with excessive or problem intoxication. The room is available now but we'd rather have it remain empty than rent to the wrong person. We will need a couple of references and prefer to rent the room to someone who is working or going to school. |
