Located in the tranquil Silver Bay Road area of Port Colborne, within walking distance to the sandy beaches of Lake Erie and the Friendship Trail. Private yard, rear deck, and driveway. Only a ten minute drive to access shopping and dining offerings of Port Colborne. Fully supplied with everything you need, including laundry facilities, kitchen appliances and supplies, bed linens, and high-speed internet. Available from July 1 to October 31 (five night minimum). Must be over 25 to book (identification required upon booking). Check-in after 3:00 p.m. Check-out at 10:00 a.m. Amenities: Two bedrooms (one queen and one double bed - cottage sleeps four total), one bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room. Bath towels, bed linens, pillows, toilet paper, air conditioning and heating, dish washer, laundry, cleaning products, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, television, high-speed wifi, board games and books, ceiling fans, indoor fireplace, gas barbeque, rear deck, drive way, fire pit (firewood available for purchase at near by convenience stores), pet friendly (pets must be kept leashed at all times when outdoors). Please bring your own beach towels and other beach supplies. General Terms of Use: No parties or events. Cottage is located in a quiet neighbourhood – music is to be turned off and voices kept down after 10:00 p.m. No smoking/vaping indoors. Please treat our cottage as you would your own home – be respectful and keep it clean.
