| I would like to rent my 4 bedroom house to 2 adult individuals to share....2 rooms per individual. Bathroom/kitchen/Living room and common area to be shared. Rent/month: all inclusive with utilities $1,200 per individual. Here is the catch - house has a finished 1 bedroom and living room basement with its own full bath and kitchenet that I will be renting separately. Basement shares entry/exit back door with the upstairs house. Also, laundry is in the basement to be shared by all. I will give a chance for upstairs folks to meet and interview anybody that I will rent the basement to make sure all are comfortable. Ideal candidates: job/income/decent credit/some reference; 2 adults (to share 4 bed house upstairs Kindly message me here to set up appointment to see the house - I will only be able to show on Saturdays or may be Sundays as well. *Pictures are representative as all floorings have been updated plus some of the paint colors would be different.
