| I'll preface this by stating that I am a current renter of this apartment, and I'm looking to re-assign tenancy for the remainder of the term, which is until Aug 31st, with an earliest move-in date of June 1st. The reason for this is due to a family member's health falling into poor condition and wanting to be nearby to take care of them instead, so the sooner I can get out of here, the better. That said, I haven't had any issues with the apartment that management hasn't been able to follow up on and address in a timely manner, so reassignment is the only viable option for leaving early. -$995 + Hydro - 1 Bedroom - 1 Bathroom - Non-Furnished - On-site laundry - Pet friendly (though admittedly probably not the best fit for larger breeds of dogs due to the relatively compact size) - Only a couple blocks away from the bus terminal, allowing for easy access to anywhere in the city Since this will be formally done through the building management, please note that an application will still be required to be done on-site. As well, you'll need to provide 2 pieces of ID (one w/ photo), 3 consecutive paystubs, and a letter of employment, which do not need to be given to me at all, just to the management. It's the exact same layout but reversed, with the kitchen/bedroom to the left of the entrance instead (and my closet has regular sliding doors, rather than ones with mirrors).
