Looking for roommate to share 3 bed 1 bath apartment close to St George campus (south side, rental is located just south of Spadina&College). Your roommates would be 2 other male forth year engineering students. Rental available July 1, 2025 to July 31st, 2026, 12 month minimum term. The room has 1 skylight giving you some natural light, a big closet, it is approx 9x10 ft. The unit is a recently renovated and modern / versatile space. The room is unfurnished, but the kitchen / common area has a table and is reasonably outfitted with cooking stuff. Price includes all utilities but not Internet (that is shared between the tenants, approx. $30/month). The bathroom is shared and has a shower (no bathtub). The walk to MyHal is 7 minutes. There is cheap coin laundry right outside the unit (same floor). It is on the 3rd floor above Coco bubble tea (no elevator, stairs only). The shared kitchen / common area is 12’x12’.
