| URGENTLY looking for a female roommate starting May 1st until May 2026 (with an option to renew lease). We are 3 girls looking for a fourth roommate for our lovely house. We have 2 cats so must be ok with cats. The house is near Gordon & Arkell and 2-min walk to the bus stop. 5-7 bus drive to the university (99 comes every 10 min!). Close to many amenities such as convenience stores, groceries, LCBO, Shoppers, and more. There are many trails and parks around. There is unfortunately no parking spot but there is street parking available from April to November. The room is an upstairs bedroom and you would share the bathroom with only one roommate. It’s a cozy room with lots of natural light and a big closet (kind of like a walk-in). Utilities + wifi are split 4 ways and usually comes around $60-70.
