| Looking for a new housemate for Dec 1. One small bedroom is available... in a 3-bedroom apartment, the apartment is Pet-friendly ... close to bus routes and GO station. 20 min walk to the lake. Walking distance to Kerr Village with many shops and restaurants, yet set in a quiet neighborhood across from a park. I would like to have someone for at least 1 year, but it can be shorter. Students are welcome and rent includes internet and hydro, heating. There is NO parking. There is a twin-size bed, a dresser and a shelf , side table that comes with the room. There is a rug for the room, but the housemate put it in the closet for the summer. There is a closet in the room too. Share kitchen and the bathroom. there is some storage in the front closet to. |
