| Hi ~ I am looking for someone to replace me for June first at my place around Edinburgh and Rickson. It’s a two floor house in a cul de sac. Very spacious, affordable, quiet, lgbtq+ friendly, and a convenient location for a variety of things $735 + utilities 1 second floor room in a 4 bedroom house in south end of the city (40 minute walk/15 minute bus ride from The University of Guelph), close to Stone Road Mall and almost every grocery store (Sobeys, Zehrs, Metro, Farm Boy, No Frills). Laundry onsite ! Dishwasher! 3 washrooms for 4 people! Reasonable utilities (usually under 100 a month)! Very chill and nice landlord! Backyard with vegetable garden! Parking! The available bedroom, while not the word’s most photogenic could definitely fit a double bed, small love seat and desk pretty comfortably and has a generous closet! Your roommates would be The Jacob (4th year Mech Engg major), Elly (2nd year Enviro Sci major), and Braydon (S&C Engg grad). All of them will be living here over the summer. They’re mostly quiet, definitely not party people, but not against a little gathering with a heads up or a respectful guest!
