| Hi there I have a SHARED room available for girls. Tenant must be CLEAN and RESPECTFUL to other tenants living in the apartment. There’s no strict rules apart from maintaining cleanliness and respecting others PRIVACY. FIRST and LAST required. The RENT is 650 excluding utilities. ONLY GROUND RULES: No overnight guests allowed. No smoking or drinking allowed in the house. Vegetarians preferred as I have a shivling in the house. Prefer cleanliness for the same reason. (So, no cooking non-veg in the house at all. You’re free to bring and eat it from outside.) Manage your alotted spaces mindfully without hindering the uncluttered environment. Keep the shared spaces clean after yourself.
