| Hi there! We're looking for someone to share our spacious 3 bed townhouse in Scarborough (Sheppard & Pharmacy Ave). Our ideal roommate would be a young working professional who can balance socialising and respecting each other's boundaries. We usually cook, clean and chill together when we're not busy in our individual lives and would love for our new roommate to join this little family bubble. The room and rest of the house is furnished. We require a sublease agreement to be signed. Rent is $760per month, gas, hydro, WiFi and tenant insurance will be split 3-ways. First and last required. No parking available. TTC is just a few steps away, Don Mills subway is 7 minutes by bus, groceries and convenience stores located close by. A little about us, we're both working professionals and have a 12 week old puppy ( our potential roommate will have to be ok with dogs, as we do not keep him locked up).
