Looking for a Working Full Time quiet mature male 27+ yrs old, for one room upstairs. Must be OK living with a very friendly 4yr old small dog, who does not shed, and is hypoallergenic. We are 3 mature adults, considerate, kind, honest, fair and communicative. We all have our own lives, with respect each other. No drama. We want the same in the new person. Preferred a non-smoker, but if you smoke, we have a large backyard for your enjoyment. This is a quiet, friendly neighbourhood. Close to all amenities, walking distance to shopping plaza, groceries, health food store, drugstore, banks, clinics, restaurants, libraries, ect. Close to parks for bike-riding and walking.
