We’re within walking distance of public transit (bus/train stops just a few minutes away), and there’s easy access to main roads if you drive. If you’ll need parking, there’s an additional $150 monthly fee. Laundry: There is a shared laundry space in the condo. Cleaning: You’re expected to keep your own room and bathroom clean. For shared spaces like the kitchen and living room, we take turns with cleaning—usually once a week or every other week, depending on how things are looking.
