| YOUR REQUIREMENTS: Must be a FEMALE. Must be enrolled in a full-time program attending credit classes with Centennial College at the time of Move-In. Has not previously applied to live at Centennial Place. You will provide proof of enrollment to Centennial Place with your student identification number from Centennial College. You will be required to read and sign a LEASE AGREEMENT with Centennial Place. Any person found to be in violation of these policies will be held in default of their Agreement and evicted. If evicted, you, the resident will still be held responsible for upholding all financial obligations set forth in this Agreement. ROOM INFORMATION: Four-Bedroom – Two-Bathroom You will have your own private bedroom, THREE Female roommates and share a bathroom with ONE of them. The Room comes with a double bed, mattress, a study desk, a desk chair, a nightstand, closet, and a 3-drawer dresser that you can take apart. All of the doors have secure locks on them, and the bedroom window includes a rolling blind and opens for fresh air. The shared living/kitchen area is furnished with a built-in dining area with four chairs, a sofa and/or side chair(s), and a coffee table. The dorm does not come with kitchen or cleaning appliances, however the current roommates are generously willing to share what they have as long as it is returned in the same condition. 7th floor apartment with great views of the campus and beautiful buildings. The apartment has been thoughtfully decorated and taken care of by the current residents, your future roommates! They are searching for a roommate who will also uphold the cleanliness, order and aesthetic of the suite to ensure a great rest of the year!
