Walking distance to the Scarborough Town Centre. Close to the bus stop. You are sharing with a quiet, positive, and peaceful elderly woman. She has Alzheimer's and dementia that causes her to forget easily and be confused sometimes. She has personal support workers who come in every day. She is very independent and may need help sometimes. Need someone who will be home in the evenings and sleep every night at home. The rent is lower with the condition, to be a friend and companion to her. Meaning to be nice to her, sit and talk with her, etc. No smoking, vapor, or drinking. No visitors. This is a long-term rental. |
