There is also a large mirror door closet. The shared common spaces include living room with dining table and TV, full bathroom upstairs, half bathroom downstairs, kitchen, and laundry. The rent price is for a 12 month lease and includes high speed internet and utilities. The price does not include driveway parking, free street parking available adjacent. No noise/music permitted at any time that may disturb the comfort of other occupants. Strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere on property including yard.
