| HOMESTAY room Meals Included Off Brimley road between Lawrence and Ellesmere. Furnished private bedroom with 2 meals (breakfast and supper) and snacks in a clean, safe and comfortable homestay. ***Minors with agents are accepted as well as International Students*** 2 rooms currently available. This is the all-included price for 1 room (no sharing) with amenities and 2 meals. There is no stove or oven for cooking. There is a microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and air fryer. Queen size bed, closet, desk, chair, lamp and mini fridge. In house laundry, utilities and unlimited wifi are all included. Shared kitchen, bathroom and TV with Disney+ YouTube, Roku and Netflix with 2 other male students. No smoking, guests or pets. You are expected to go to school and to be studying. 1 student per room. Male students only. You must be clean, quiet and responsible as there are other full time students. Disturbances by and to other students will not be tolerated. $1100 for everything mentioned per month. I have passed a safety and police background check for minor and adult students. |
