| My lovely tenant is moving up and out and now, this cute room which is 11' x 11' with a large sunny window that gets the morning sun is available - rise and shine. You must like dogs as my Jack Russel (Izzy) and Boston Terrier (Hugo) will greet you at every turn. I am looking for a female only or someone who identifies as female. This room is for one person only! There are four other tenants in the house and me, to make sure everything runs smoothly. There is a large wardrobe and desk as well and a twin bed (extra long) with storage under the bed. The kitchen is located in the basement and is shared with two other ladies. Includes Heat, Hydro, Water, WiFi, Netflix, Prime. Laundry also included. Your responsibilities include cleaning the bathroom with shower and staircase once a month. Not too much to ask, I think. NO PARKING. Street parking available but you may get a ticket occasionally. You will need to provide proof of employment or school admission, first and last months' rent and references. Of course, no smoking on the property and no pets bigger than a rat. Yes, we do love rats in this house but they must be domesticated. None in residence at the moment. |
