You'll be sharing the house with the owners, two professionals, a cat, and one other roommate who occupy the other room on the second floor. There is a dedicate full bathroom for this room on the same floor. The common area includes a living room kitchen and balcony located on the first floor. **Please respect the others you live with and clean up after yourself. ** **No smoking inside the house. Please be noted that we own a cat in the house, so no other pets are allowed. Skip this post if you have a cat allergy or do not like cats. It is 10 minutes walking distance to Warden Subway (or walk two minutes to the bus stop at the end of our street and take the bus for two stops to the subway). A subway ride to downtown Toronto (Yonge and Bloor subway station) is within half an hour. Utilities are included: Hydro, Heat, Central AC, water, washer/dryer, and unlimited high-speed wireless Internet.
