| I have 1 bedroom available for rent in a newly built 3 bedroom basement. I am looking for a total of 1 male tenant only. No smoking or drinking allowed. This will only be a month to month agreement- Not a lease (STUDENTS PREFERRED). The basement features include: separate entrance, living room, dining area, kitchen and washroom that are shared amongst the 3 tenants. The room comes semi-furnished with bed, mattress, pillow, and night stand. The living space comes semi-furnished with a glass dining table, chairs & rug. Utilities such as, hydro, water, Bell internet and laundry are included in the rent. The house is close to two major intersections: Kennedy & Lawrence- and- Birchmount & Lawrence. Major amenities such as Shoppers Drug Mart, Dollarama, Tim Hortons, Chinese grocery store, and many restaurants are at a walking distance. Available from Feb 1st.
