One of the three rooms is available. Rent is $550. First and last months rent, and a six month or one year lease is required. When the time is up it automatically goes on monthly or you can give your notice two months prior to the end of the lease. - pictures of the entire residence are available upon request - walking distance to the college (we have maps of the local area for you) - the bus stops beside the house - we are three blocks from the bus transfer hub by Loblaws Superstore - we are one block from the new bus hub at the arena - new construction, fully furnished including desks for studying - large rooms: full kitchen c/w pots and pans, utensils, linens, towels, and dishes - two refrigerators, stove, microwave, and a deep freezer - laundry with a washer and high capacity dryer - high power WiFi (free long distance calls) - access to a PC and two printers/scanner if needed - indoor portable fireplace - a five acre park is right across the street - enjoy the BBQ , gardens, and grounds (you are welcome to share what is grown in the garden) - if you are a gardener, you can work with us, or have an area for your own. - assistance and information about were things are in Sarnia and best ways to get there - if you need a ride: to a difficult to reach location; have an emergency; miss your bus, or need to get large/heavy items from a store, we can usually give you a ride. - close to shopping areas and entertainment facilities Caroline and Paul Spiers 29 Fairview Cres.
