I have One spare room for one mature and quiet person. I am in the other bedroom, in my 2 BDRM apartment. *Vaping inside is OK, Smoking outside only Your rent includes: hydro, 1G speed unlimited Wifi, fully furnished private room and ample use of (shared) 4 piece bathroom and kitchen amenities. (ALWAYS TIDY) Kitchen has a dishwasher and plenty of room for your groceries. Paid on-site laundry facilities and a balcony The spacious room includes: - Queen size bed on 16" frame for storage underneath, newer clean mattress, new comforter/sheet set and new pillows - spare sheet set and your own towels - 2 side tables on wheels - Matching blackout curtains - Armour with large drawers, - 27" T.V. inside with attached fire stick - full access to tonnes of streaming apps - Computer desk/table with chair - large closet with hangers and top shelf ROOM IS AT THE END OF AN L SHAPED HALL AT BACK OF APARTMENT BESIDE THE BATHROOM, SO ITS PRIVATE AND QUIET. (View in pics) I am at home most of the time, but, tend to keep to myself. I am a 44yr old female. I'd say I'm friendly, kind and have a positive disposition. But, please don't take my kindness as a sign of weakness, as I will not tolerate any rudeness, poor behaviour or filthy living conditions. I have been living here over 10 years. I do have health problems, but, am slowly on the mend, but I'm not back to work yet I like to keep things clean and tidy and manage to do all the chores myself. I just ask for you to ALWAYS clean up after yourself, and kindly help me with taking out the garbage and occasionally carry clean laundry up the stairs for me. Not a bad deal for cheap furnished living....lol. I do not want someone that has people coming here all of the time, as this is all of my property. If you were to have company, you would entertain in your room. It's fair to want to have someone to visit your room on occasions. But, If you want to socialize, I prefer you go elsewhere, as I would. THIS IS NOT A ROOMMATE SITUATION. YOU ONLY RENT THE ROOM. ALTHOUGH, I will be gladly sharing my amenities with you! Being a room for rent, this is not covered by landlord Tennent. So mutual respect and trust, is extremely important. With that, there will be no problems. I prefer first and last month's rent. 30 days mutual notice for moving, or asked to leave. I would like to have 2 references, and you may apply by simply having conversations with me, asking questions mutually and being honest to eachother. I'm not afraid to kindly speak my mind but I'm not rude or judgemental. We're all human, noone is perfect.... I'm just very close .. haha. JK!! **NO PETS PLEASE.........AS I HAVE 4 CATS** They are gentle and kind and I keep them very clean. They are well cared for and I can guarantee they will want to seek attention from you. But, I would not be insulted if you preferred to keep them away and out of your room, as long as you are kind about it, they are smart enough to take a hint. |
