| The sublease is from May 1st to August 31st. Possibility to extend. Address is 371 Nelson Street. Room for sublease in a 3 bed apartment, occupied by 2 male Uottawa students 20 and 19 years old. Steps away from Uottawa and the O-train. Short walk to byward and rideau. This is an ideal location for a student who likes to go out and explore the city, especially in the summer as there are lots of beautiful trails nearby and things to do. The room is furnished with a bed, a desk and a dresser. The desk and the bed have lots of storage and the dresser is big. In addition to the room, you get an extra closet in the hallway all to yourself, as well as a half bathroom which you do not have to share. The shower is shared as it is in the other bathroom. The apartment also has a balcony. The kitchen is equipped with basic appliances as well as an airfryer, kettle coffee maker, brita and dishwasher. Silverware is fully stocked but you can bring whatever you wish. Water is included with rent but hydro and internet are split between the three roommates.
