| I am looking for a temporary roommate to my 2 bedroom apartment near the University of Windsor. You will be getting the room shown in the pictures, but it will be emptied except the futon. The living space, kitchen, and bathroom will be shared space, and you will have full access to everything shown. The Rent: - The monthly rent is $650 including everything except electricity, which will split between us (generally comes to ~$60, so you pay ~$30) - This listing is only for the summer, so you will be moving out by the end of August Requirements: - Roomate must be very clean, I will not tolerate the shared spaces to be messy and require you to clean after yourself regularly, which includes smell, dishes, and general mess - No smoking in the apartment - No animals permitted Please feel free to contact me anytime through message (preferred) or phone ([phone removed]) |
