| Hi, I would like to sublet my studio apartment. It's located in Sandy Hill, 10 mins away from Uottawa. I'm looking for someone to move-in in May, the date can be discussed. My lease will end on August 31st, so you would have the option to stay after that date. I paid a deposit for the last month, so you would also need to pay me that amount plus 75$ fees for the sublet. What's included: - Hydro - Heating - Water - Wifi The unit is completely furnished. It's not shown in the pictures but there's storage under the bed and a clothing rack. There's no AC and no washer/dryer (you can a find a couple of laundry mats close by and it would be possible to ask for a small portable air conditioner). For parking, you would have to ask throughout the city. If you're interested, I can send you the application form and you will need to send it back with your ID, Proof of Income and Credit Check.
