| Hi there, we have an unfurnished room for rent March 1st in a 3 bed 1 bath farmhouse 15 minutes from downtown. The house is not accessible by transit but there is plenty of free parking onsite. The move-in date is flexible. $750/month all-inclusive (hydro, heat, water, WiFi), first and last required. There are currently 3 queer people in their mid-20s living here, one couple and one single person. The shared spaces in the house are already fully furnished, but there is room in the basement to store extra furniture/belongings. The house has lots of outdoor space to hang out, exercise, or garden. Less than 5 minutes drive to a number of hiking trails. Accessibility: The house is one level but there are steps at both entrances and a somewhat steep staircase to access the basement, where the laundry facilities are. No dogs or cats (one cat in the house already) we can probably make an exception for a kitten as we've had success with them in the past. PM me if you have any questions or are interested! |
